General Pricing Information

WACI Software is only available for use through the Internet.

WACI Software must be used on a month-to-month basis, and consignor
reimbursements must be calculated every month.

There is no charge for using WACI Software until after the first three
monthly consignor reimbursements are calculated. In no event shall the
the "no charge" period extend beyond 93 days. No business may
be granted an additional "no charge" period resulting from initial use of
or re-registration for the software within two years of
the date of the end of the first "no charge" period.

After the first three monthly consignor reimbursements have been calculated,
WACI software is available for use for a monthly fee.

The monthly fee is based on:

The number of items you have in inventory at the moment monthly consignor
reimbursements are calculated.

The Premium WACI Features you have used since the
last reimbursement calculation.

There is no additional fee for multiple users in the same business at the
same address.
- WACI pricing is subject to change.
Users will be notified in writing of pricing changes, and prices
changes will not take effect until the next time consignor reimbursements
are calculated.

WACI Monthly Fees
Fees are based on number of items in inventory at the moment when consignor
reimbursements are calculated. Consignor reimbursements must be
calculated monthly.

1000 and over $180.00 + $30.00 for each additional
100 or fraction
thereof over 1099
WACI pricing is subject to change.
Pricing and descriptions of Premium WACI Features are
not yet available.
Users will be notified when Premium WACI Features are
available for selection.
