Approval of Minutes - April 6, 1995 - (Attachment 1).

A. Proposed Trash Compactor Sites (Green Valley Disposal Company) Parking Lots 6 and IV - (Attachment 2).

B. Requests from Pearl Rosenthal, manager (291 East Main Street) for the following changes:

1) Parking limitations in this area, and
2) additional parking on Pleasant Street near East Main Street - (Attachment 3).

C. Request from Sister Nicki Thomas, Principal (St. Mary's School) to modify parking limits on Bean Avenue - (Attachment 4).

D. Report from Parking Commission Sub-Committee on In-Lieu Fee Parking Program - (Attachment 5).

E. Downtown Parking Control and Revenue Potential.

F. Development of Parking Lots 6 and 13.

G. Proposed layout of Saratoga Avenue to Main Streeet and an invitation from the Parking Commission to the Town Council and Planning Commisson to walk through this area - (Rex Morton).

H. Formation of sub-committee regarding William Bacchi's offer/progress report to Council on July 17, 1995.

I. Revised Parking Commission meeting schedule of twice a month.

J. Other Items - (To be scheduled for future agenda).

Letter from Larry Todd to Jane M. Gremmel regarding a traffic citation - (Attachment 6).

PLEASE CHECK WITH THE BUILDING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY MAY 1, 1995 IN THE EVENT OF ABSENTEEISM, SO THAT A QUORUM CAN BE VERIFIED (354-6876 - Press 3). In the event Commissioners have three consecutive unexcused absences; they can be removed and replaced on the Commission.
