    Approval of Minutes -June 1,  1995 -(Attachment 1).
 
       ITEM II:       ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
  
 A.   Request from Pearl Rosenthal, Manager (291 East Main
  Street) for additional
    parking on Pleasant Street near East Main Street -(Attachment
  2).
       B.   Requests from Jennifer Walden and Kathleen J. Brandt  (346
  Village Lane) to change      the time limits on Village Lane
  from one hour to two hours -(Attachment 3).
       C.   Request from Chrystie DeSota  (188 Westhill Drive), Past
  President of the Village     House and Garden -(326 Village
  Lane) to remove the no limit parking and reinstate    the
  three hour parking on both sides of the parking lot behind The Village House
  (Attachment 4).
       D.   Request from Ron Ramsey (26 Ashler Avenue) and residents
  and homeowners of Ashler for permit parking from 9:00 A. M. to 9:00 P.
  M. daily,  including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays -(Attachment 5).
 E.   Report from Parking Commission Long Term Parking
  Plan Sub-Committee      (Attachment 6).
 F.   Downtown Parking Control and Revenue Potential
  -(Attachment 7).
      G.   Development of Parking Lots 6 and 13.
 H.   Proposed Town Council Study Session (Downtown Parking

      PLEASE CHECK WITH THE BUILDING AND ENGINEERING
  SERVICES DEPARTMENT BY JULY 3, 1995 IN THE EVENT OF
  ABSENTEEISM, SO THAT A QUORUM CAN BE VERIFIED 
(354-6876 -Press 3). In the event Commissioners have three consecutive 
unexcused absences; they can be removed and replaced on the Commission.
